Spending the night with his cousin

Every time this boy knows that his cousin is going to spend the night at his house, he rubs his hands because a night of high temperatures is coming. he always insists that he sleep in his bed claiming that they don't have any more rooms available but i think his parents are beginning to suspect something because the next day the sheets reek of sweat and semen.
